User Data Deletion Instructions

1. Overview & Policy Statement

Authentico™ Hub respects user privacy and complies strictly with Meta Developer Policies, Facebook Platform Terms (Section 4.b), and GDPR guidelines. Users who connect their WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABA) or interact with our platform maintain full control over their data and can request permanent deletion of all stored personal information, access tokens, and message logs at any time.

2. Option 1: Automated Deletion via Meta Account Settings

If you connected your business via Meta Embedded Signup OAuth, you can trigger an automated deletion callback directly through your Meta account:

1. Log in to your Facebook / Meta Account associated with your WhatsApp Business Account.
2. Navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.
3. Find Authentico™ Hub in the list of active business integrations and click Remove.
4. Confirm the removal request. Meta will automatically dispatch a secure User Data Deletion Webhook event to our servers (/api/v1/whatsapp/data-deletion-callback).
5. Our platform instantly revokes all API tokens, purges active channel sessions, and generates a unique Confirmation Code to track your deletion status.

3. Option 2: Direct Email Request to Data Protection Officer

Business administrators and end-users can also submit a direct data removal request:

Send an email to our dedicated Privacy Team at privacy@authenticohub.com with the subject line DATA DELETION REQUEST | [Your Business Name / Meta App ID].

Please include your WhatsApp Phone Number or Meta WABA ID. Upon receiving your request, our engineering team will execute the following within 48 hours:

• Permanently erase all stored message transcripts and contact metadata from Google Cloud Datastore.
• Purge all audio voice note files (.ogg) from Firebase Cloud Storage.
• Revoke all stored System User Access Tokens and Meta WABA webhook subscriptions.
• Dispatch an official written Confirmation of Data Destruction to your registered email address.

4. Statutory Data Retention Exceptions

Upon completion of the deletion process, all operational data is destroyed without possibility of recovery. Aggregated, non-identifiable billing transactions may be archived solely to comply with statutory tax and financial auditing requirements.
