Authentico™ Hub ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") operates as a B2B Software-as-a-Service (MSaaS) provider enabling automated business communications over WhatsApp Business API (WABA). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect customer data when you interact with our website, client control dashboard, or automated AI Agent services.

2. Information We Collect

We process two categories of data:

2.1 Account & Administrative Data

When business clients register or submit integration requests, we collect business name, work email address, contact phone number, and authentication tokens (Google OAuth 2.0 SSO profile information).

2.2 Messaging & Telemetry Data

To deliver automated AI Agent capabilities, our systems receive incoming text messages, voice note audio files (.ogg), phone number identifiers, and timestamp metadata forwarded via Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API webhooks.

3. How We Use Information

We process data strictly for providing and improving your automated AI Agent services:

• Delivering real-time automated text responses and voice note comprehension using Google Gemini 3.6 Flash.
• Routing qualified leads and customer preferences straight to client CRM systems (NetHunt, Bitrix24, AmoCRM).
• Maintaining system security, audit logs, and Meta WABA Cloud API compliance.

4. 100% Data Privacy & Zero Model Training Guarantee

We maintain strict enterprise data isolation standards:

• 0% AI Model Training: Client messages, end-user text queries, and voice notes are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve public AI models (Google Gemini or Meta WABA).
• Multi-Tenant Isolation: Data is strictly partitioned by Organization ID (org_id) across storage, database indexes, and API channels.

5. User Data Deletion & Rights
